As the latest enhancement to its processes, Polarteknik implemented change management through Roima’s software. This has helped to increase the visibility of changes across the organization, thus improving quality and traceability. In addition, the solution provides an easy option to export change log reports revealing who has changed what and when, as well as the number of changes. This further improves the company’s cost management processes.
Currently, Polarteknik and Roima are working on an integration that will bring the cost and availability information of items from the enterprise planning system to the product management system. Thanks to this new integration, Polarteknik will be able to further increase the transparency and cost efficiency of its engineering processes.
