Vad styr din produktivitet, är det systemet, människorna eller processerna? Sanningen är att de alla har en inverkan i utfallet och man måste ha koll på dem alla.Väldefinierade processer som förstås av människorna och hanteras av ett välanpassat systemstöd (i den ordningen) kommer i det långa loppet ge bättre produktivitet. Ingen av dessa tre komponenter är statiska, varför man kontinuerligt måste jobba med förbättringsarbete, med processerna som utgångspunkt.

Well-defined processes that are understood by humans and managed by a well-adapted support system (in that order) will in the long run provide better productivity. None of these three components are static, so we must constantly work on improvements, with the processes as the starting point.
